Refund & Cancellation Policy
Event Refund Policy As our gatherings are small, intimate, and carefully curated, we dedicate time and resources to preparing each experience.
To ensure the quality of the event and fairness to all attendees, we have established the following refund policy:

Cancellations Made 72 Hours Before the Event:

Full refund available upon request.

Cancellations Made 24–72 Hours Before the Event:

50% refund available upon request.

Cancellations Made Within 24 Hours of the Event:

Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for cancellations made within 24 hours due to the advance preparation of materials and resources.

Emergency Exceptions:

We understand that emergencies happen. Please reach out to us directly if you are unable to attend due to unexpected circumstances, and we will do our best to accommodate you.

This is a community-focused, intimate gathering. We ask that all participants engage with kindness and respect toward others’ stories, offerings, and experiences.

Quiet Arrival:

If you arrive during certain activities, please enter quietly and wait until the segment concludes before joining.

Cultural Sensitivity:

Most of our events are intended to honor personal and collective memory or traditions. We encourage everyone to approach the gathering with sensitivity, openness, and curiosity.

Photo & Recording

Personal Photos:

You are welcome to take personal photos before and after the official activities. However, we kindly ask you to refrain from taking photos or videos during Storytelling Open Mic or Written Offerings Ritual to respect participants’ privacy and emotional space.

Official Photos:

Now Place 此间 may take photos or videos to document the event. These will only be shared with consent from all participants.

Future Credits

If you cannot attend due to an emergency or unforeseen circumstances, you may choose to credit your payment toward a future event rather than receiving a refund.

Credits will be valid for six months from the original event date.
